World Discoveries, Inc. signs a permanent agreement, in accordance with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation loan agreement for a Domes factory in India, with Domes International, Inc. Domes transferred the Global Manufacturing and Marketing Operations of its current product lines to WDI. Domes will continue its marketing activities to the U.S. Military and Government Operations. WDI has the manufacturing capabillity and expertise necessary to assume these operations both domestically and overseas, and will be uniquely situated to expand Composite Dome international operations in the USA, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Tibet, Dominican Repulic, the Caribbean, and many other international markets.
